Halloween was an exciting day for the Leshos. Yesterday morning Mommy got to go out for a 5K without pushing the baby jogger. I've run an 8 min mile before, but never sustained it for a full run. I finished in 25:05. I was so excited! My best time may have been just under 28, maybe 27:30. It's amazing how fast I felt without pushing the baby jogger. I got to run with Amber, Kim, Gina, and Polly. It was a fun quick run on Saturday morning.
I helped put together a little get together at the Grove Pointe playground. Mitch played with Andrew for about an hour before we headed home to hand out candy to the trick-or-treaters. Mitch was a litttle Dragon. He looked so cute in his costume. He stood at the baby gate and greeted everyone with little screeches. He was so excited to see all the kids at the door.
After trick-or-treaters we had dinner with Gina and Ashley. What an awesome end to the day. Only 1 week until BJ comes home!
