Mitch is 8 months old. It's hard to believe, but this weekend he had his 8 month birthday. Some of the things that Mitch likes to do now: crawl through the house after Stormy, play in the doggie's water bowl, eat his sweet potatoes, wave while eating his breakfast, and pull up all over everything.
He's not just pulling up now, he's trying to find the invisible step that will help him climb up onto the furniture. He'll kick his leg while pulling up onto the couch, trying to get a leg up so he can climb. Watch out, it won't be long before he really will be on top of everything.
The other day I turned around to find him crawling under the futon trying to get to a dog toy. I asked him what he was doing and he just laughed at me, as if to say, "Getting a toy, of course."
We must be going through a growth spurt too, because this guy is eating like crazy! It won't be long before he gets some teeth and can eat with all the big kids. He will love this. I think if he could get up and run after the big boys, he would. It won't be long!
