The Lesho's: 34 Weeks down 6 Weeks To Go

It has been a busy past couple of weeks. I can't even begin to believe how fast the time has flown by. We are going in tomorrow for our 34 week apointment, and then we will start going in every week until the baby is born.

We had one eventful Thanksgiving, as we made a trip home to GA. It was filled a few minor set-backs, but all in all a great trip. I'll explain the drama...

My Sister and Mom hosted a baby shower for me the Saturday that we got into town. It started out a little rocky when our flight was cancelled and the airlines booked us on a flight that got into GA after the shower. Let me tell you how the water works turned on for that one. Must have been severe pregnancy hormones, because I was a wreck. Needless to say, we finally got it worked out so that we arrived in Atl just in the nick of time for the shower.

Everything was perfect. Dejah planned a spa day for me and the girls. All of my best friends showed up for this one. We covered 6 states, AZ, NY, AL, GA, FL, TN. Words can't describe how much it meant to me that everyone showed up for my shower, especially right before a holiday weekend. Julie flew in from NY, Missy came in from AL, Mary came up from FL, Holly came down from TN, Elaina, Meredith, Sara, Kate, Sherry, Dejah, Mom, and Phyllis were all there from GA to share in the fun.

Baby Lesho is one loved boy already! I also got to spend some really good quality time with my sister. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner for everyone and celebrated her birthday.

We had another small round of drama when back in AZ when our puppies got locked in the house. But thankfully my wonderful friend Shonda waited on Thanksgiving morning for a locksmith to come to the house and open it up for her to get the dogs out.

We are looking forward to a low key Christmas, since I can't travel anywhere at 35 weeks pregnant. Merry Christmas and enjoy a few pictures from our trip home.
